Tape known areas of high friction on your feet before you begin hiking for all-day protection. The adhesive is aggressive so it stays put on your trouble spots even with all the sweating and rubbing going on. We do not recommend taping directly on a formed blister. The adhesive is so strong you might tear the blister when pulling the tape off. Cover the blister with a pad first, then tape over the pad. We offer mini rolls with 0.5 yd (0.46 m) of tape or standard rolls with 15 yd (13.7 m). Add a mini roll to your first aid kit so you’re always prepared. The mini rolls are perfect for a short trip. You can cut off as little tape as you need at that moment without carrying all the weight of a standard roll.
