Welcome to your Luteal phase! This is your longest phase of your cycle. Through the first half of this phase your hormones are at their peak, so if you feel up to it and have the energy push yourself a little harder. Make sure you check in with your body after a workout, how do you feel? In the second half, your body is preparing for your period, so you might slow it right down. With the shape classes, focus on form- don't worry about how many reps you're doing. Just listen to your body!
