Virtual, online yoga coaching for students stuck at home, live miles away or just not able to make our classes! Enjoy a private 1-2-1 session just as you would in person but from the comfort of your own home. Online yoga coaching lessons are conducted via video call. All you need is some floor space, a mat if you have one, and a smartphone, tablet or laptop with a camera! As with all our private yoga lessons, all sessions are adapted to the individual's specific needs and requirements. Sticking to your fitness routine at home can be hard for some.
