I am so thankful to have had this abdominal binder following my hysterectomy. My surgery was at 1pm and I had to be out of bed and moving around by 10pm. As soon as I had my feet on the floor my nurse helped me put my binder on. I was able to walk unassisted, feeling very supported by this product. I wore my binder for 5 days following my procedure. I would definitely recommend this product! It allowed me to move about and get up and down on my own. I believe it helped me with my pain control as well.
