May 9, 2023 2:30p (WGTD)----Two massive subdivisions are on track for construction in eastern Kenosha County. The Pleasant Prairie Village Board approved the conceptual plan Monday night for the proposed Highland Estates Subdivision. Once fully developed, the subdivision is expected to include nearly 500 single-family lots, 85 duplexes and 21, two-unit condo buildings. The 275-acre tract of land is located east of Green Bay Road and west of Cooper Road and north of STH 165. The project is being developed by the same family that built Prairie Ridge off of STH 50.
